TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payments must be made in euros.
Payments by credit card, bank transfer and purchase order are accepted. Bank transfers and purchase orders are accepted until May 3rd, 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the registration department, by e-mail: registration@curiesymposium.org with the bank account details to which any refund may be made.

Refunds are available for cancellations received before February 11, 2024 inclusive, with a deduction of 100 euros for administration costs.

After this date, registration fees will no longer be refunded.

No reimbursement will be made if the participant fails to attend the Congress or leaves prematurely.

CATERING

Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration fees, as well as the Welcome Cocktail. The gala dinner is subject to separate registration fees.
