The Welcome Cocktail is hosted on Wednesday 15, May 2024, from 6:50 PM to 8:30 PM. The cocktail will be held in the exhibition hall.
The cocktail is open to everyone registered to the symposium.
The gala dinner consists of a standing aperitif, followed by a seated dinner. Places are limited, you can only attend if you are registered to the symposium and if you buy an extra ticket for the gala dinner (see below prices for the gala dinner).
The dinner will take place Thursday 16, May 2024, from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at Les Salons Hoche, 9 Av. Hoche, 75008 Paris.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Registration for the gala dinner is possible until April 26th, 2024.
Payments must be made in Euros.
Payments by credit card, bank transfer and purchase order are accepted. Bank transfers and purchase orders are accepted until May 3rd, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the registration department, by e-mail: registration@curiesymposium.org with the bank account details to which any refund may be made.
Refunds are available for cancellations received before April 26th, 2024.
